Article 3 List of road safety-related events or conditions

The events or conditions covered by the road safety-related minimum universal traffic information service shall consist of at least one of the following categories:

1. (a)

   temporary slippery road;

2. (b)

   animal, people, obstacles, debris on the road;

3. (c)

   unprotected accident area;

4. (d)

   short-term road works;

5. (e)

   reduced visibility;

6. (f)

   wrong-way driver;

7. (g)

   unmanaged blockage of a road;

8. (h)

   exceptional weather conditions.
