Article 2

By way of derogation from Article 3(2) substances and mixtures may, before 1 December 2014 and 1 June 2015 respectively, be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation.

By way of derogation from Article 3(2), substances classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 December 2014, shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation until 1 December 2016.

By way of derogation from Article 3(2) mixtures classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council^f1 or Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and placed on the market before 1 June 2015, shall not be required to be relabelled and repackaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as amended by this Regulation until 1 June 2017.

By way of derogation from Article 3(3) the harmonised classifications set out in Part 3 of Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation, may be applied before the dates referred to in Article 3(3).
