This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 1(1) shall apply in respect of substances from 1 December 2014 and in respect of mixtures from 1 June 2015.

Article 1(2) shall apply from 1 January 2015 for all entries except for the entry pitch, coal tar, high-temp. (EC Number 266-028-2), for which Article 1 shall apply from 1 April 2016.
