Article 3

Article 100 of Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   the title ‘Communications’ is replaced by ‘Communications and notifications’;

2. (2)

   paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:

   ‘1.

   The communications and notifications to the Commission referred to in this Regulation shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/2009^f1.’;

3. (3)

   paragraph 2 is deleted.
