Article 7A Application of Articles 8 and 9F1

Articles 8 and 9 apply—

(a)

in relation to Great Britain, from the start date of any data reporting system established by the GB Authority;

(b)

in relation to Northern Ireland, from the start date of any data reporting system established by the NI Authority.
