Article 9 Relationship with other block exemption regulations

This Regulation shall not apply to licensing arrangements in research and development agreements which fall within the scope of F1the Competition Act 1998 (Research and Development Agreements Block Exemption) Order 2022 or in specialisation agreements which fall within the scope of F2the Competition Act 1998 (Specialisation Agreements Block Exemption) Order 2022.
