Article 17 Updating of the annexF7

F1The Secretary of State may make regulations in order to:

(a)
update the list of mandatory data fields in occurrence reports laid down in Annex I where, in the light of experience gained in the application of this Regulation, changes prove necessary in order to improve aviation safety;
(b)

align F3Annex 1 with the ECCAIRS software and the ADREP taxonomy, as well as with legal acts adopted by the F4Secretary of State and with international agreements.

With a view to updating the list of mandatory fields, the F5CAA shall provide the F6Secretary of State with appropriate opinion(s).
