Division 1 The members of the BBI Joint Undertaking shall be:

    the Union, represented by the Commission;

    upon acceptance of these Statutes, by means of a letter of endorsement, the Bio-based Industries Consortium Aisbl (the ‘BIC’), a non-profit organisation established under Belgium law, with its permanent office in Brussels, Belgium.
