Provide duly substantiated reasons and justification for the opposition.

Provide also a statement explaining the legitimate interest of the opposition, unless the opposition is lodged by the national authorities F1of a third country, in which case no statement of legitimate interest is required. The statement of opposition should be signed and dated.
