This Regulation lays down rules for the implementation of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 as regards the presentation of rural development programmes, procedures and timetables for approval and amendment of rural development programmes F2..., implementation of certain rural development measures, monitoring and evaluation and reporting.

In these Regulations references to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 are references to that regulation as amended by the European Structural and Investment Funds Common Provisions (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
