~~Applications for allocation of payment entitlements or the increase of the value of payment entitlements under the~~ ~~F2basic payment schemefarm sustainability transition payment scheme~~ ~~in accordance with~~ F3~~... Article 24, Article 30, except paragraph 7(e),~~ F4~~... of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 shall be submitted by a date to be fixed by the~~ ~~F5relevant authority. The date fixed shall not be later than 15 May of the relevant calendar year.~~
