Annex V OCCURRENCES RELATED TO AIRCRAFT OTHER THAN COMPLEX MOTOR-POWERED AIRCRAFT, INCLUDING SAILPLANES AND LIGHTER-THAN-AIR VEHICLES

For the purposes of this Annex:

  1. (a)

    ‘Aircraft other than complex motor-powered aircraft’ means any aircraft other than that defined in Article 3(j) of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008;

  2. (b)

    ‘Sailplane’ has the meaning assigned in Article 2(117) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012f1;

  3. (c)

    ‘Lighter-than-air vehicles’ has the meaning assigned in point ML10 of the section ‘Definitions of terms used in this list’ of the Annex to Directive 2009/43/EC of the European Parliament and of the Councilf2.
