Article 12 Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 109/2011

Article 1 is replaced by the following:

‘Scope

Article 1

This Regulation applies to vehicles of categories N and O, as defined in Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC, as well as to spray suppression systems intended for fitment to vehicles of categories N and O.’.

Annexes I and IV to Regulation (EU) No 109/2011 are amended in accordance with Annex VI to this Regulation.
