The vehicle manufacturer shall provide, in accordance with Article 53(8) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013, the certificates providing proof of compliance to the type-approval authority on access to vehicle OBD and vehicle repair and maintenance information which shall take the form set out in point 2.
