Without prejudice to the provisions in point 1(b), the values and units indicated in section 2 of the certificate of conformity shall be those given in the information document of the vehicle type. The tolerances allowed are those laid down in the relevant requirements of the delegated acts adopted pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 167/2013. Maximum and minimum values are accepted for vehicles' dimensions (Length, Width and Height) to take into account their different configurations of wheels and tyres.
