Article 12 Amendment process

1.
The F1adjacent TSOs shall establish a transparent and detailed amendment process of their interconnection agreement to be triggered by a written notice of one of the transmission system operators.
2.
If the adjacent TSOs fail to reach an agreement on the amendment process, they may use the dispute settlement mechanisms developed in accordance with Article 11.
