By F115 February each year, F2the Secretary of State must transmit to the ICCAT Secretariat:

(a)

an annual fishing plan for F3... bluefin tuna F4fishing by UK fishing boats in the ICCAT Convention area F5...;

(b)

an annual fishing capacity management plan F6detailing the United Kingdom bluefin tuna fishing capacity F7and how this is commensurate with F8the United Kingdom’s ICCAT allocated F9bluefin tuna quota.
