Division 4.3 The explanation-reconciliation code must be expressed by a code corresponding to the underneath list. For EAGF related differences an explanation code can only be provided once per budget code (F109). For EAFRD related differences, this single declaration should be read in light of the full explanation code including the 2 additional digits for the focus area (as defined hereafter).F1
