For the purpose of this Annex, the area open to the fishery is defined as having:

its western boundary on the longitude 0° E,

its northern boundary on the latitude 20° S,

its southern boundary on the latitude 28° S, and

the eastern boundary outer limits of the Namibian EEZ.
