Annex I MITIGATION MEASURES REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 2(1)

Where the mitigation measures in this Annex include the use of food additives and other substances, the food additives and other substances shall be used in accordance with the provisions provided for in Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No 1332/2008f1 and (EC) No 1333/2008f2 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 231/2012f3.
