F1UK plant passports for movement within F2Great Britain, the introduction into Great Britain from a CD territory and the introduction into a CD territory from Great Britain shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part A of the Annex.

F3UK plant passports for introduction into, and movement within, a F4GB pest-free area and for the introduction into a CD pest-free area, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part B of the Annex.

F5UK plant passports for movement within F6Great Britain, the introduction into Great Britain from a CD territory and the introduction into a CD territory from Great Britain, combined with a certification label pursuant to the F7first subparagraph of Article 83(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part C of the Annex.

F8UK plant passports for introduction into, and movement within, a F9GB pest-free area and for the introduction into a CD pest-free area, combined with a certification label pursuant to the F10first subparagraph of Article 83(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part D of the Annex.
