United Kingdom
The F1appropriate authority may make regulations amending this Regulation concerning amendments to Annexes II and III, in order to take into account changes to the rules referred to in Article 1(2), technical progress and scientific developments.
The F2appropriate authority may make regulations amending this Regulation concerning the references to the European standards referred to in point (b)(iv) of Article 29, point (e) of Article 37(4) and point (a) of Article 93(3), in the event that F3those standards are amended by an international body.
