The statement of conformity shall consist of two sections:

  1. (a)

    section 1 specifying the particular features applying to the engine in accordance with the template set out in Appendix 1;

  2. (b)

    section 2 describing the restrictions applicable to the engine in accordance with the information set out in Table 1 of Appendix 2.
