Article 2 Amendments to Regulation (EU) 2017/2454

Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2454 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   point 5 is replaced by the following:

   ‘(5)

   in Article 17, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

   2.

   The Commission shall adopt by means of implementing acts the technical details concerning the automated enquiry of the information referred to in points (a) to (f) of paragraph 1 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 58(2).’’;

2. (2)

   point 8 is deleted.
