Article 2B Competent authorityF1

For the purposes of this Regulation, “competent authority” means (except in Article 8)—

1. (a)

   in relation to England, the Environment Agency;

2. (b)

   in relation to Scotland, SEPA;

3. (c)

   in relation to Wales, NRW.
