Article 6 Specific CO2 emissions targets of a manufacturer

Starting from 1 July 2026 and in each subsequent reporting period, the F1Secretary of State shall determine for each manufacturer a specific CO₂ emissions target for the preceding reporting period. That specific CO₂ emissions target shall be the sum, over all vehicle sub-groups, of the products of the following values:

1. (a)

   the CO₂ emissions reduction target referred to in point (a) or (b) of the first paragraph of Article 1, as applicable;

2. (b)

   the reference CO₂ emissions;

3. (c)

   the manufacturer’s share of vehicles in each vehicle sub-group;

4. (d)

   the annual mileage and payload weighting factors applied to each vehicle sub-group.

The specific CO₂ emissions target shall be determined in accordance with point 4 of Annex I.
