Article 99 Administrative and management structure of the Agency

The administrative and management structure of the Agency shall include:

1. (a)

   a management board;

2. (b)

   an executive director;

3. (c)

   deputy executive directors; and

4. (d)

   a fundamental rights officer;

A consultative forum shall assist the Agency as an advisory body.
