Article 11 Communicating a temporary amendment concerning a grapevine product originating in a third countryF11

1.

The communication of a temporary amendment to the product specification F1concerning a grapevine product originating in a third country, as referred to in Article F218(3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33 shall contain:

(a)

the reference to the protected name to which it relates;

(b)

a description of the approved temporary amendment together with the reasons supporting the temporary amendment referred to in F3the words before point (a) of Article 14(2d) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33 F4as recognised by a competent authority in the third country in question;

(c)

the electronic reference to the publication of the national decision approving the temporary amendment;

(d)

F5a consolidated copy of the product specification incorporating the approved temporary amendment in a way that makes the temporary amendment readily apparent.
