Article 33 Publication of the decision
United Kingdom
Decisions conferring or rejecting protection, decisions approving or rejecting F1non-standard amendments, as referred to in Chapter II, and decisions rejecting objections as inadmissible, as referred to in Article 111 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, shall be published F2by the Secretary of State. They may be published in such manner as appears appropriate to the Secretary of State from time to time.
Decisions conferring or rejecting protection and decisions approving or rejecting modifications, as referred to in Chapter III, shall be published F3by the Secretary of State. They may be published in such manner as appears appropriate to the Secretary of State from time to time.
