1.

Regulations made by the Secretary of State under this Regulation are to be made by statutory instrument.

2.

Regulations made under this Regulation may—

a)

make consequential, supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision;

b)

make different provision for different cases or descriptions of case or for different purposes.

3.

A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Regulation may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
