Article 9 Basis of findings in case of non-cooperation

Where access to the necessary information is refused or is otherwise not provided within the time limits provided for in this Regulation, or where the investigation is significantly impeded, provisional or final findings, affirmative or negative, may be made on the basis of the facts and evidence available. Where the F1CAA finds that false or misleading information has been submitted, such information shall be disregarded.
