Article 25 Application for approvalF5

United Kingdom

A conformity assessment body shall submit an application for F1approval to F2a market surveillance authority.

The application for F3approval shall be accompanied by a description of the conformity assessment activities, the conformity assessment module or modules, and the product for which that body claims to be competent, as well as by an accreditation certificate issued by F4the United Kingdom Accreditation Service attesting that the conformity assessment body fulfils the requirements laid down in Article 22.
