(1)
An LUC shall be issued for an unlimited duration. It shall remain valid subject to:
1. (a)
  the LUC holder’s continuous compliance with the relevant requirements of this Regulation F2and other relevant enactments; and
2. (b)
  it not being surrendered or revoked.
(2)
Upon revocation or surrender of an LUC, the LUC holder shall provide an acknowledgment in digital format that must be returned to the F3CAA without delay.
