Article 19 Safety information

The F1CAA and market surveillance and control authorities referred to in Article 36 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 shall cooperate on safety matters and establish procedures for the efficient exchange of safety information.
Each UAS operator shall report to the F2CAA on any safety-related occurrence and exchange information regarding its UAS in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 376/2014.
Upon receiving any of the information referred to in paragraphs 1 F5or 2, the CAA shall take the necessary measures to address any safety issues on the best available evidence and analysis, taking into account interdependencies between the different domains of aviation safety, and between aviation safety, cyber security and other technical domains of aviation regulation.
Where the F6CAA takes measures in accordance with paragraph 4, it shall immediately notify all relevant interested parties and organisations that need to comply with those measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its implementing acts.
