    the type of buildings or building unit;

  2. (b)

    the total useful floor area of the building or building unit;

  3. (c)

    the smart readiness class;

  4. (d)

    the overall smart readiness score;

  5. (e)

    the smart readiness scores with regard to the three key smart readiness functionalities highlighted in Annex IA to Directive 2010/31/EU and in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155;

  6. (f)

    the smart readiness scores with regard to the smart readiness indicator impact criteria as set out in Annex II to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155.
