Division 4 INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED WHEN FLOCKS OF ORIGIN OF POULTRY, FLOCKS OF ORIGIN OF HATCHING EGGS AND HATCHING EGGS ARE VACCINATED AGAINST INFECTION WITH NEWCASTLE DISEASE VIRUS

Where the flocks of origin of poultry, the flocks of origin of hatching eggs or hatching eggs are vaccinated against infection with Newcastle disease virus, the following information must be provided for the consignment:

1. (a)

   identification of the flock;

2. (b)

   age of the birds;

3. (c)

   date of vaccination;

4. (d)

   name and type of virus strain used;

5. (e)

   batch number of the vaccine;

6. (f)

   name of the vaccine;

7. (g)

   manufacturer of the vaccine.
