Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are amended as follows:

    in Annex II, the following columns for chromafenozide, fluometuron, pencycuron, sedaxane, tau-fluvalinate and triazoxide are added:

    (A) The EU reference labs identified the reference standard for the pencycuron-PB-amine as commercially not available. When re-viewing the MRL, the Commission will take into account the commercial availability of the reference standard referred to in the first sentence by 16 June 2021, or, if that reference standard is not commercially available by that date, the unavailability of it.
