Paragraph 6

United Kingdom

Section 250(2) and (3) of the M1Local Government Act 1972 or, as the case may be, section 210(4) and (5) of the M2Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (attendance of witnesses at inquiries) shall apply in relation to an inquiry held in pursuance of F1paragraph 5A above.
