Regulation 12 Amendment of the Explosives Regulations 2014
In Schedule 11, in paragraph 15, for sub-paragraph (1), substitute—
“(1)The Executive is the enforcing authority for regulation 8, Part 13 and paragraph 18 of Schedule 12.”.
In Schedule 11, in paragraph 15, for sub-paragraph (1), substitute—
