In article 3(e) of the Isles of Scilly (Functions) Order 1979 M1 —

(a)

omit “the Explosives Act 1875;”; and

(b)

for “the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005” substitute “ the Explosives Regulations 2014 ”.
