Paragraph 15 Coal and Other Safety-Lamp Mines (Explosives) Regulations 1993
In regulation 2(1) of the Coal and Other Safety-Lamp Mines (Explosives) Regulations 1993 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “explosives store” for “or registration made under the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005” substitute “ under the Explosives Regulations 2014 ”.
