Paragraph 19 The Quarries Regulations 1999

In regulation 2(1) of the Quarries Regulations 1999 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “explosives store”, for “or registration made under the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005” substitute “ under the Explosives Regulations 2014 ”.
