Paragraph 21 The REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008

In paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 3 to the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 M1 (health and safety enforcement) for sub-paragraph (t), substitute—

“(t)

in relation to Great Britain, the manufacture or storage of ammonium nitrate blasting intermediate under the Explosives Regulations 2014.”.
