Paragraph 25 The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2011

The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2011 M1 are amended as follows—

(a)

in regulation 17(2) (consequential amendments), omit sub-paragraphs (c), (d) and (e); and

(b)

in the Schedule omit paragraphs 3, 4 and 5.
