Regulation 2 Amendments to the Export Control Order 2008

Schedule 4 (Countries And Destinations Subject To Stricter Export Or Trade Controls) to the Export Control Order 2008f1 is amended as follows—

In Part 3 (Subject To Transit Control For Military Goods), insert “Haiti” at the appropriate place;
(3)
In Part 4 (Subject To Transit Control For Category B Goods), omit “Haiti”.
