Article 3 Amendments to the 2003 Order

in the definition of “Community Licence” at the end insert, “or the 2005 Regulation”;

in the definition of “competent authority” at the end insert the following, “or the 2005 Regulation”; and

after the definition of “the Regulation” insert;

• ““the 2005 Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 of 27th June 2005^f1 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”
