Article 4 Amendments to the 2003 Order

Article 3 of the 2003 Order shall be amended as follows—

(a)

after paragraph 1 insert the following paragraph:

“(1A)

Subject to the provisions of this Order, goods of a description in Schedule 1A to this Order are prohibited to be exported to any Member State.”; and

(b)

in paragraph 2 after the words “Paragraph (1)” insert the words “or 1A”.
