Article 4

(1)

The following amendments shall be made in Part III of Schedule 1 to the principal Order.

(2)

In entry PL 5031.a.:

(a)

the word “utility” shall be deleted; and

(b)

after “protection” there shall be inserted—

“except:

1

vehicles designed or fitted out for the transportation of valuables or funds;

2

vehicles fitted with, or designed or modified to be fitted with, a plough or flail for the purpose of land mine clearance.”.

(3)

Entry PL 5001.c. shall be replaced by the following text—

Restraints specially designed for restraining human beings, as follows:

Leg-irons;

Gangchains;

Electric shock belts;

Shackles having a maximum locked dimension exceeding 240mm overall (i.e., including cuffs and connecting chain);
