Article 3 Export of controlled radioactive sources

Subject to the provisions of this Order, the exportation of any controlled radioactive source is prohibited.

Paragraph 1 does not prohibit the exportation of any controlled radioactive source in relation to which a licence in writing has been granted by the Secretary of State, provided that all conditions attaching to the licence are complied with.
