This Order may be cited as the Extradition Act 2003 (Commencement and Savings) Order 2003.

In this Order—
-
“the Act” means the Extradition Act 2003;
-
“the British Overseas Territories” means those territories listed in Schedule 6 to the British Nationality Act 1981f1.
